Bob McCulloch

Over the past 30 years, Bob has helped senior managers and executives strengthen their creativity and strategic thinking. He has worked with executive teams in virtually every industry sector.

The primary focus of Bob’s consulting practice is in coaching and facilitating senior management to formulate business strategy along with potent action plans, while helping to strengthen the organization’s capability to make strategic choices on an ongoing basis. Bob is recognized for his ability to galvanize a management team around a clear vision and strategy, and to support mobilization of that strategy.
                          

Prior to launching his own firm, he held strategic positions with IBM Canada, the DMR Group, and Johnston Smith International.  

Bob holds a BSc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario (cmc-ontario).
