assists clients in implementing change through the use of continuous workplace
learning.
Julia's approach to learning
program design is based on the premise that people learn best when they are in a
safe environment where they can practice new behaviours, skills and attitudes
before having to use them in the workplace.
Julia has designed both
traditional and non-traditional learning programs in such topic areas as
performance

management, project management, moving from a product-based to a
service-based sales approach, communication, facilitation and instructional
skills.
Based in Toronto, Julia has worked extensively in Europe, South America and has
done a number of engagements in the Asia/Pacific region. She has worked with all
levels in the organization context, from the CEO and his/her direct reports,
right out through the ranks of middle management to first line supervisors and
managers.
