Who are you guys?

We are Bob McCulloch and Julia Gluck. We are management consultants based in Toronto, Canada.

Rather than “experts,” we are “reporters” and “students” of the concepts embodied in The Energy Exchange™.

Each of us has more than 25 years of experience in management, facilitation, consulting, coaching, and training. We have worked in-house in several organizations and as consultants performing services for many others.

So?

In our work, we have seen many people marked by a high level of energy, at work and at play, in meetings and in one-on-one conversations. These people make decisions more easily, and have a lighter step in the world. They seem happier and less argumentative. They seem open to people and their ideas, accepting them without judgment or censure.

We have also seen people whose energy appears blocked, both within themselves and in their relationships. Relating to them saps our energy because of the force field they create around themselves filled with politics, rivalry, personality clashes, and their sadness and frustration. Their lives seem to be a chore, leaving them, and those around them, with no time or energy for creative cooperation or personal enjoyment.

Under the banner of The Energy Exchange™, we have investigated what blocks and unblocks the flow of energy within and between people. We have spent several years testing this framework with individuals in various spheres of life.
